Mission Statement
The purpose of the Non-Profit Association shall be to promote and protect the Constitutional office and Law Enforcement authority of the Grandfathered (Legacied) Constables and previously law enforcement certified officers in the office of Constable within the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Please send documentation along with your membership application from current and immediate prior election, such as Election Certificate or Appointment Letter (no other documents accepted) verifying you are Grandfathered or a retired law enforcement officer holding the position of Constable to applicants@kentuckypca.org
The following criteria has been established by the Board of Directors for the Membership Committee in reviewing applicants: Required documentation submitted with each membership application, any conflict of interest, no moral turpitude and no convicted felons. You also shall not be a dual member of any other Constable Association.

There are 589 Elected Constable positions out of the 120 Counties of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Under the Kentucky Constitution, each county is divided into 3 to 8 Magisterial districts, with one Constable elected from each district.
